Arrival / Departure
• Check in: 4 - 6 pm
• Check out: 11 am
We are happy to accommodate early or late times but
only with prior arrangements.
Minimum Stay
• A 2 night minimum stay is required during the peak
season and on all holiday weekends.
Special Dietary Needs
• Please express any special dietary needs at the time
of booking, and we will make every effort to fulfill your requirements.
Smoking
• Our insurance does not allow smoking inside.
Cancellations
• Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival
date will be given a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will
be charged 1 nights rate. We will make every attempt to re-book the space
and if so, no cancellation charge will be applied.

Cadder Bed and Breakfast offers negotiable rates for
extended stays.
